Got mad? I've explained this to you in layman terms. You have a hard grasp of understanding stuff. That's as far it goes.
In addition to the matches and feuds revealed for WWE's "Top Rivalries In Wrestling History" DVD and Blu-ray that comes out in late May, here are three more feuds courtesy of WWEDVDNews.com:
* Edge vs. John Cena
* Steve Austin vs. The Rock
* Triple H vs. Mick Foley
The following matches are also confirmed for the DVD:
* The Rock vs. Steve Austin, WWE Rebellion 2001
* Edge vs. John Cena Cage Match, RAW 2006
thats an odd match to pick for Rock vs Austin rivlary![]()
I never lie. I'm always right.
*crowd chants*June 2005-today.....no one can touch meEVERYONE here has to lie except me. Just check those CM Punk/Rock threads..check those Kliq threads..check those Vs threads...check em all. They all lie. I don't need to. When I say WM? The ticket is posted. When I say Vegas? The scene is put on camera and uploaded. When I say a nygga is broke and they KNOW it's true, they get ULTRA defensive and emotional. That's what I do..that's what I do

Rock tried to kill Austin in 1999. Tossed him right off a bridge. Austin didn't get that vile..he used to fukk up Rock's car and that kind of stuff but the bridge thing, the Funeral for Austin promo, and that sit down with Jim Ross when Rock was just remorseless. There was nothing friendly about it. They didn't show a hint of friendship until that one Raw where they booked Rock vs Austin in the main event with the Corporate Ministry as lumberjacks and they attacked the Lumberjacks instead of wrestling each other. They both got tossed off the stage while Undertaker and Cripple H stood high. That was it. That was when it seemed they were working together. They were bashing each other like hell in promos..even as "faces", as we all remember on the first episode on Smackdown. Crowd didn't want to pop too loud for each other talking burying the other during the face off though. They were that just that damn over.
Got mad? I've explained this to you by telling ducktales which I couldnt back up by evidence and was subsequently exposed for
Poor choice of words on my part when saying "friendly" but no doubt Rock/Austin had their classic heel/face moments throughout their rivalry... except for Wrestlemania X-7 when both were faces and the whole deal was built around the "I respect you..but i have to beat you " vibe. And i think historically, that's how Rock/Austin will be remembered, The two biggest names in the business who didn't always like one another but always respected, whereas on the flipside Rock/HHH will be remembered for the great moments/matches BUT also, the sense of legit distain between the two..at least to us "mark" fans no matter who much WWE may try to twist things years from now when the rivalry is spoken about.
i really do not believe cripple ache had chemistry with the rock.
it is just rocky was that good of a performer.
who had enough talent to rampup.
that he was always capable of carrying cripple ache.
if not for cripple ache being the in-law.
he would have never drew to realistically be involved in the me scene in the wwf.
especially after the rock eclipsed him after the ladder match.
which was another decision based upon logistics of politics.
not actual inring workrate or talent as a promo.
art barr
I was a huge fan of that rivalry.
Fully Loaded 1998
Summerslam 1998
Post Royal Rumble 1999 I Quit match
Backlash 2000
some more I need to think of....
That was Foley vs Rock
Nope.... that was the RAW after the Royal Rumble. Triple H and the Rock had an I Quit match which resulted in Triple H saying I Quit after Kane threatened to chokeslam Chyna. Then Chyna turned on him and joined the GOATporation.
