Honestly, in my continuing endeavors in trying to make it into the entertainment industry, I feel a neccessity to educate people into the root of the problems behind racism, discrimination, diversity from a "woke" state of mind, but a I continue I realize there is a fin line that is crossed before it becomes polarizing to audiences that can't relate.
I'm living life honestly, aware of what it is with white supremacy and how us black people fit into that, but I'm not letting it get to me. Infact one of the reasons I look to make solid ground in that industry is to address issues of racism, discrimination and diversity in the entertainment industry and the media.
I've been saying alot on twitter, I though I would end up losing followers but I actually gained followers by making the statements on the aforementioned. Some people just find that type of perspective refreshing and the fact that there are white, asian, indians, jews, etc...that I explain this too that are following me make me think that we're progressing somewhat as a society in terms of understanding issues of race and racism although we still have a long way to go.
The internet has actually desensitized me to race and racism. I just try to focus on solutions more than problems and use what I learn to help me out in life. It's not like you can't live a rich and fufilling life regardless of the circumstances we face.
