Is it possible to be "woke" without being miserable and angry all the time?

I rejoice in the fact that I'm not being hoodwinked on the daily basis and taken advantage of.
It's not easy not being asleep but in the end when I've achieved my goals it will all be worth it.
As long as you find a Woman who is awake as well it's not all that bad.

My "woke" friends on FB can't even agree on what they're woke about... 
I don't really care, we (everyone on this site) don't even represent a quarter of a percent of the US population. It doesn't matter what we think or do in life. I wouldn't waste my time being so upset about it. Life is a lot better when you realize how simple it really is. I just wish I could explore space in my lifetime, it's all I really want to do with my life.

the internet/social media is the main reason black people are waking up. We are finding out things that the white man wants to stay hidden. Things like how this country was REALLY built. Things like Black WallStreet. Modern-day corporations that were started from their role in the slave trade,etc.
Its impossible to become "conscious" to the atrocities your people have went through throughout history and not become atleast a LITTLE angry. If you dont, you're simply not "woke" in my opinion. If you still look at white people the same way, you're not conscious. If you feel the same way about this country, you're not conscious. If you haven't gained a sense of pride in your blackness, you're not conscious. If you have to make threads like this you're either white or not conscious.

the backwoods hillbillies LOVE focusing all their energy on hating black people, because then they don't have to look in the mirror and take responsibility for their miserable existence
they can blame all their failures on blacks, when the truth is, white people don't like them either and they would still be losers in an all-white society.

Sometimes, You have to separate the individual from the race. Yes, they're intrinsically linked. But if you view the world solely through the lense of a conscious black man, you're going to be miserable.
Find some outlet where you can forget about race.
Take time to pursuit passions that you enjoy as an individual. Form oppinions that appeal to you as an individual.
Life is supposed to suck. Death, pain, unfairness, are all natural features of life. They've always been and they always will be. Get over it.
Your sole purpose, as a person, is to find some relief from that.
Cynicism and apathy are the laziest means of dealing with being "woke".

Nah, I worded it wrong.
What i meant is that life is not perfect. its most likely never going to be perfect.
As long as a person's alive, he or she can alway find some reason to feel dissatisfied.
