Hell I started seeing mexicans in the burgh back in 09/10. Which basically told me they got the southwest on lock.

having a party that is based upon race opens the door for anyone else to do the same thing.
imagine if a wing of the republican party branched off and was based strictly on needs of white people.
i think it's a bad idea for political parties to be based on race.

Overall I agree. But given that Aframs have been here since the beginning. 1619, iirc. And they are the only group with the history and relationship that they have with the US. Therefore they are the only ones able to ask for special dispensation. Frankly, they should not be scared or intimidated to not only ask but demand it. Lastly, they should never let anyone try to demean or belittle their issues and cause by using "race". It's not about race. It's about what's been owed to them and what has continued to happen to them because of it. No one other group can claim that. Not Asians, not Hispanics, not Middle Easterns, not poor whites, not even Africans. Just Aframs.
With all that said, Aframs and the diaspora as a whole still have to have a streamlined, yet concrete list of issues to be addressed and how they expect it to be addressed. If their organization could be similar to the early Tea Party, I think that would be for the best.

Democrats don't do anything for black people we are not represented politically at all.After all the shyt with Trump, Cambridge Analytica, and the Russians targeting black people and saying “don’t vote,” you still have this mindset.
