that's just like, your opinion, man
i think theres two situations going on here, which is why all these debates and discussions are getting confusing with 'who won, who lost' situation 1: the ghostwriting
allegations (which is somewhat connected to...situation 2: the actual, musical, beef. the tracks.
the ghostwriting allegations still stand, but a rap beef on wax is just that. track vs track.

as far as diss tracks? drake beat mill, cuz b2b is the superior song. quotables, jabs, haymakers. even without saying meeks name, its full of ether on him.
did drizzy write it? who knows. maybe
, maybe not. id bet he wrote it, if not the lions share of it, just cuz at this point, with the allegations swirling, itd be in bad taste to have someone else write your diss track
. but overall, its a better song and diss song, than meeks. so for the actual rap beef on wax, drizzy is winning. that could change if meek drops the rest of his song
.but back to situation 1: the allegations. they havent been confirmed nor denied by him or his team
. the reference tracks that leaked, while disappointing, aren't damning, cuz its clear to see they are majority hooks (save for 10 bandz and rico) and even then, its a fraction of the entire song that was taken from the reference. again, disappointing, but also not a nail in the coffin (at least not until someone leaks full reference joints of all verses, etc.)just because meek said drizzy has a ghostwriter, and then leaked some reference tracks, doesnt mean he automatically wins a rap battle. i admit the story about drizzy getting
on is funny
, but that and the
line is pretty much all Meek had, and only one of those was an actual rap bar. and you cant win a rap battle when you have a 4 minute song with nothing memorable, save for an adlibbed reference to a story everyone had to scour the internet for after the fact
, and 1 rapped reference to diddy (tho it was
)so basically, in terms of the better diss track that was released, meek is losing. that diss track and his declaring that drake has ghostwriters, are not one in the same. granted, it sheds questions on who wrote b2b, definitely, but regardless, drake put out a better record than meek, hands down, regardless of who the author was. theres no disqualification in battle rap, so it is what it is.

no
i dont think folks will ignore the ghostwriting shyt (everything comes back around), but right now, meeks lackluster song overshadowed everything else, unfortunately, and hes getting killed online for it. people gonna ride with the better track, regardless.
no one is gonna be like 'yo lemme ride for this weaker song
, cuz at least meek wrote all that weak shyt himself bul, thats real hip hop'
my 2 centz

do u really want to check the credits
