I've been in the gym for the past two months going Sasha hard, trying to drop weight, so my abs can show. Right now if I flex I have a 4 pack but underneath a thin layer of fat is 4 more abs that want to be seen.
I've been eating right; the only carbs I have after breakfast are in vegetables, I only drink water and juice(and liquor) and I'm still at the same place I started two months ago. It's like my body is trolling me.
So I'm just thinking about saying fukk it and only eating like once a day and still going hard in gym but I'm not trying to die. Is my plan safe?
