Is it safe to do cardio on an empty stomach?

I've been in the gym for the past two months going Sasha hard, trying to drop weight, so my abs can show. Right now if I flex I have a 4 pack but underneath a thin layer of fat is 4 more abs that want to be seen.:noah:

I've been eating right; the only carbs I have after breakfast are in vegetables, I only drink water and juice(and liquor) and I'm still at the same place I started two months ago. It's like my body is trolling me. :damn:

So I'm just thinking about saying fukk it and only eating like once a day and still going hard in gym but I'm not trying to die. Is my plan safe?

Second of all, I used to do cardio on an empty stomach all the time... worked great, really woke me up in the morning. Supposedly mobilizes hard to reach fat stores (i.e. stomach on men thighs on women) but who the fukk knows. I would do up to 2000kcal of cardio on an empty stomach no problem (though I would recommend cutting it short around 500kcal).

Of course it's safe. That's how you cut fat b.

I'm cutting weight for boxing and the best thing is running miles in the morning on an empty stomach. :noah:

If it's a low intensity then yeah it's fine. You don't wanna be doing sprints or anything really high intensity on an empty stomach though, you'll run out of energy quick.

I do fasted morning cardio all the time and have no problems but I carb back load at night.

My stomach is not completely empty as I drink a wheatgrass & AAKG concoction, but I do my entire workout on that. Bodyweight exercises & treadmill running, no lifting.

I have a protein smoothie shortly after.

I'm going to try having the smoothie prior to the workout to see if I feel different.
