Is it Safe to say that Kyrie Irving got the best handle ever?

I used to think Kenny Anderson got that title on lock, but Kyrie has been doing unbelievabel things with the ball that made me changed my mind. The boy is a magician.

I forgot but CP3 is probably the best ball-handler even if he doesn't have the most dribble moves. Dude never makes a mistake with that ball and his handle is so slept on.

I think they're on the same level, with one difference, Kyrie has the better handling moving forward as in his goal is to get by the defender where as Steph is better at creating separation to get his shot off. Kyrie is better north/south and Steph is better east-west.
