:smh: Should have took a cheap deal to play for the Lakers and come off the bench. There has been a bunch of ways the Lakers have tried to get him. He is not starting material, but he can still be really good and great off the bench for a contender imo though. :ehh:

:ehh: Good observation. He has a scorer mentality and is capable of scoring in many ways, but that is literally the only thing he can do, and not in a efficient way either. But, he needs to get it through his head that he isn't that "guy" and won't live up to that #2 draft pick, probably ever. But, he is still a very serviceable player though if he accepts coming off the bench.

If someone would just let him come of the bench with the greenlight for 30 minutes a night he could put up some numbers and have a repectable career. Not what was expected of him but better than being out of the league.

no reason a strong 6'10 cat with that vertical should be averaging less than 10 boards a game

when he's focused, which is rarely, he scores with such ease

it all boils down to effort, which he clearly lacks
