I don't understand what people are basing a good conference on?

Is it what they personally hope for?

New trailers?

What?

Because Nintendo had a perfect E3 showing the only thing that could have made it better is if this was before the release of the switch and they announced and showed it off as well.

You had 1st party exclusives

Arms
Splatoon 2
Fire emblem

etc etc..

You even had a 3rd party work and make with a 1st party IP for a console exclusive

You got 2 huge announcements of Metroid and pokemon.

You got trailers for 2 1st party games dropping early next year

You got gameplay and to play one of the most highly anticipated games of the year

DLC announced for one of the best games of the year if not game of the year.

Then they followed through with tree house and announced support and showed off gameplay for the 3ds with 2 more 1st praty titles with a 2d metroid and mario and lugi

With more than half of those games dropping this year.

What company has done that? Ever?
You know what's funny? Sony did the EXACT same thing that's bolded yet you mocked it talking about "greatness awaits 2018" yet Nintendo does it and it's fine?

Let me show you

You had 1st party exclusives

Arms
Splatoon 2
Fire emblem
Sony They had

Hidden Agenda
GT Sport
Knack 2
Ni No Kuni 2
Crash N Sane Trilogy(Coco as playable character and new levels)
Matterfall
Undertale PS4/Vita

Those games were games we knew about just like the Nintendo ones. Those games come out THIS year. Only thing was most of these were shown in the Pre-Show.

You got 2 huge announcements of Metroid and pokemon.
They announced Skyrim for PSVR and a SOTC remake. Skyrim for PSVR is a pretty big announcement. SOTC too. I know I know remaster/remake "it's already out on PS3".

We don't even know when Metroid and Pokemon coming.

You got trailers for 2 1st party games dropping early next year

We got gameplay/trailers for Detroit, Days Gone, Spiderman and GoW, all dropping early next year/next year.
DLC announced for one of the best games of the year if not game of the year.
Horizon Zero Dawn DLC announced.
Uncharted TLL a standalone game launches in two months.

Then they followed through with tree house and announced support and showed off gameplay for the 3ds with 2 more 1st praty titles with a 2d metroid and mario and lugi
They showed off support for many VR games even though people thought they wouldn't. Before E3 it was "Man Sony isn't going to support it I bet it's going to be like the Vita" and then lo and behold a Vita game is announced on top of that many VR games is announced.

I mean like Sony's E3 was pretty much just like Nintendo's announcements in many ways.

I'd grade them

EA F-
MS C-
Ubisoft B-
Sony B
Nintendo B

Sony's wasn't perfect. E3 felt like a repeat of last years and they couldn't show off their big guns like TLOU 2 or FFVII R or Death Stranding so early.

Idk I felt E3 all around was "okay" this year.

Oh I'm not arguing that at all, I agree with everything you posted.

The kicker is for nintendo its a lot of that was new properties or announced then and not part 2's.Nintendo showed all this for the 1st time or at worst earlier this year not 3 years ago, while teasing the same thing for years.

Kind of like how bethesda did last year with Fallout and stole the show.

I don't disagree with you however.

The fukk.

They announced games without even having teaser trailers done:what:

Nintendo stans :scust:
They don't like to bullshyt like other companies with fugaze trailers.
Crackdown 3 in 2017 looks significantly worse than Crackdown 3 in 2014. Thats what happens when you throw together bullshyt CGI trailers. When the games are ready to be shown, they'll be shown

This isn't true lol.

Spiderman, God of War and Days Gone were revealed last year, not three years ago.
They showed them at E3 2016.
Knack 2 was at PsX 2016 which was December 2016 and it's already coming out less than a year later(Sept).

Only game that was announced before then was GT Sport.
The notion that every Sony exclusive is several years away is kinda off.

TYRONE GA!
Microsoft introduced a more powerful console only to show off a bunch of indie titles and games with oversimplified cartoon like art styles that don't need the power and the stuff like Forza they did show that could actually use it ran choppy as hell. Most of the "exclusive" games shown were indie titles simply launching on Xbox first. It was a complete failure IMO. They got their best reaction from the crowd for announcing bc with original Xbox titles not from their new product.

Facts.

I was being extra with the 3 years thing, but what I mean is by the time the game drops in between when it was revealed is going to be a couple years. We might not even see days gone or spiderman released before E3 next year ( I don't recall the dates)

so what I saw from sony wasn't really huge to me, it was cool to get some new footage of games we waiting on. (I'm both a huge spiderman fan and gow fan) but.... it didn't do anything for me. It was just " gameplay trailer spot #2" Now if they would have been playable that would have been dope.

Everything else was cool, just not huge.

Nintendo dropped alot of 1st time footage announcement and release dates for almost all there big Ip's. From pokemon to metroid. I think the only thing that was left out was starfox. #ripfalco
