The whole thing needs to be restructured. It's embarrassing that we are taking queues on how people should be living based on a document created back when medicine consisted of a saw and whisky.
New constitution and a mixed system where people can vote directly for their president but the prime minister is voted on by the parliament. The president is the head of state while the prime minister is the head of govt. With a parliamentary system, it forces parties to work together to get shyt passed and they can't get stonewalled by a retarded party that resists legislation that would help all Americans.
