Kobe isn't the best teammate but them losing Dwight cant fall all on him. Before Dwight even was traded to them there were multiple reports that he didn't want to play with Kobe. That should have been the first red flag for management not to make the trade. While I can understand people thinking Kobe should have coddled Dwight and treated him with kid gloves at the meeting. But why should a player as accomplished as Kobe have to kiss his ass for him to want to play with him. We all know Kobe got to much pride to do some shyt like that.

Why did smush Parker go from being a starting PG on 2 straight Western conference playoff teams to out of the league after leaving LA in 2008?
