He’s definitely not a bust. You can’t make All NBA teams and be a perennial All Star and be considered a bust. You could say he hasn’t lived up to his full potential though.

Can’t call him a bust at all I will just say he’s unlikely to reach his potential but he’s past the point of bust already. I honestly think his offensive game is getting worse as his defense improves. Maybe his decision making while facilitating has improved but his decision making should tell him to try to score the ball also.
