I'm not even the type of dude to boast or brag but since I hit 30, my life has just been 
I don't look 30 but I stay in active and am relativity in good shape. Getting all types of women without even putting in any real effort in....young ones, older ones, educated ones, etc.... As long as you have your shyt together, have no kids, and they can see you're doing something with your life you can pick and choose like you're at a buffet line.

the key is to stay away from debt and kids. You have plenty of time to start a family, I never understood trying to do that when you're young. From a financial standpoint, it's a nightmare.

Every where I go people already tell me I look young for my age (literally at the bar women have come up to me just to say that)
Being in your 30s, looking like you're in your 20s, having a job and bank roll like you're in your 40s...
Just gotta stay focused and make sure I'm on my A game
