Most people break up over arguments, disagreements, becoming disillusioned with a relationship. Most people like their relationship when they're in it (most of the time)but hate the relationship when they're out of it. It's a way to save face or decrease the feelings of loss. Your ex may have been an angel in your mind when dating, but she broke up with you and now all you can remember is the hurt that caused and the fact that she didn't cook and argued with you once a month.

Women are looking for stable, solid, good men. a$$holes cover their insecurity with outlandish, shytty behavior.
A real Alpha male is a Wolf or Lion. Taking care of the pack or pride, women and children first.
The difference is wolves are very family oriented. Lions or other predators have the male eat first mentality which human males have adopted. This is good for survival, in times of despair or when on your own. But in times of abundance such as these, we gain more by uplifting and strengthening others.
Tearing another person down, in any form, is a sign of weakness in males rising thru the ranks. It literally says, I'm too weak to carry you, so I'll try to destroy you. Bully tactics. Shrimp stuff.
What men are afraid of is REAL Alphas, the Bulls the Pick On Bully's. Its amazing what a man can do out of fear.
Self trust and self reliance is the ultimate defense against fear, ultimately a response of the brain. Fight or flight. If your heart wanted to stop, you wouldn't have time to be afraid and notice.
