Now I don't know if you want to take Nas' word for it, but he claims he didn't write Gettin' Jiggy wit it:

dre wanted to sign him but he turned it down. diode had the hype Williams/swiz beats stimulus, guys that shyt wasn't enough though.i remember that Smitty dude, he said he ran his city and got checked for it by another rapper. Dude was kinda nice tho
and yall right with the ghost-writer shyt. how are they ghostwriters if theyre credited?
It do sound like mase a lil but still but mad nikkas bit mase flow after like 97/98 to be honest and cross the border came out in like late 2000/ early 2001 mase was knee deep in the chruch shyt at that moment and he wanted nothing to with rap , son didn't even start using profanity again until he linked up with 50 in 2005My nikka listen to that song that's made flow al throughout that song.
Honestly I don't think being credited or not matters for a lot of people. I think a lot of people are taken aback by people who are considered the greatest getting help, no matter if the helpers are credited or not.
I always looked at it like something that ngs like Diddy and Dre did. Never really imagined cats like Jay Nas and Big were getting help sometimes too for whatever reason.
shyt is like being told Santa isn't really real for the first time.
Dope shyt
Ay mann, what program do u use to make a podcast? How do u edit and all that.
To ply devil's advocate, Nas' Queens Get The Money was produced by Jay Electronic, but if you listen to the song, you can understand why a lot of people say Jay actually wrote it as well. It literally sounds like Nas doing a Jay Electronica impression.
I just rapped that shyt in jay electronica voice and now I understand why everybody say he wrote. It sounds just like him no lie, from the way he rhyme his words and shyt
I could hear Mase voice in my head on Only You![]()
