When i realized the healing power of a bath i never looked back. Rinse in shower after.

Theres been many times i been sick where the only relief i got was in a bath. It like a reset on ya brain. Could have worst flu ever get in A bath and youll feel totally fine while your in. Even give ya 30 min after ya get out.

Division 1 collegiate football. My father played in the NFL as well as D1 Baseball. Its who I got it from. Icing is for muscle pain, bad for joints and tension. Yeah thats what the thread was about. Yet your comment wasnt about shower vs bath and cleanliness. It was an ignorant comment about being gay for taking a bath, period. It was a stupid ill informed comment to make. You were shown the light on the health benefits afforded by baths unable to be duplicated in the shower.
