Nah, you better upgrade the TV.

4KTV with HDR is way cheap now so you might be able to afford it (if you're right with the budget) but however 4K Oled is the way to go for next-gen (XSX, PS5, PC).

Go LG OLED. I have a Samsung phone but you're never going to use it with your TV and once you go LG you never go back. Better blacks. Pause. get 65 inches minimum

I don't see why not if you plan to continue playing console games. The PS4 is likely going to be phased out soon.
