There's too many brothers and sisters that use house negro freely and do not know what a house negro means
Educate yourself brother.....because I work hard at does not mean I love the master. That's not my company, that's their company. I'm making a living for my family and to pull other black into my field. So, I can help them and educate them. I hate being the only brother in this field

No, when you have a superior and he ask you to do something that's not ass kissing or yessuh massas. Not doing what he ask you is insubordination. I know because I'm a manager at a refinery plant. I can give you an example of a house negro. I have a white boss and there was another brother who was a manager like me and my boss was talking to both of us. While he was talking he dropped his pen and I looked at it and the other brother picked it up and gave it to him; with a smile on his face. The brother that picked it up was a house negro and eventually was demoted.

Maaaaaan, you don't understand! I have people trying to talk shyt to me everyday, and even though I'm knew I still have to say slick stuff to put them in check.
One dude that has been working here for almost a decade tried to get into my business when I was talking to my tc and I had to tell them that I wasn't talking to him. Dude kept on trying to pick on me and I finally said something.
Yesterday I had a water bottle and I was drinking it and he comes up to me like "I can smack that out of your hand", I laughed and he follows up with "you don't think I won't?" So I respond with "I don't know, I haven't thought about it yet" and walked away.
Also, my coworkers know that I'm a reader, independent (I travel to places alone, I went to Vancouver, BC, a few days ago) and that I speak different languages and shyt, so I feel like some are always intimidated by me. On top of me being tall skinny black and decent looking.

I understand what your saying at my old job, I was the only real brother there and I was picked on because of that. I'm the opposite of you I'm tall, big, black and ugly
j/p.People are intimidated by you because your educated, not educated meaning having a degree; but you read and have a understand of what go's on outside of where you live/work at. Be proud of that. People are first intimidated by your color, but truthfully there intimidated by your intellegence. The intimidation then turns into jealously, and that's what they are now.
Sometimes I dikk around for hours at work and I can act like I was doing my job AND someone else's. I hate my job and my Director is a bytch so i do it as often as possible. Its 3:10 right now and I started at 8:30. I've stretched about an hour worth of work into 7hrs. I'm gonna knock some of this work out until around 4, disappear for 30m, come back like I was really doing something and say "Man ya'll aint did shyt today, I'm done for next 30m."
