If she held it down for you you should do the same for her. Try to help her lose weight and figure out what the problem is. Be honest with her and let her know you're not tryna be with an unhealthy person.

If she just doesn't care about her health and refuses to lose weight dump her. If you stay healthy its fair to expect your partner to do the same. Her health effects both of you. As does her appearance.
