Post TBA, yes, very overrated. Worst album so far has been his last one, and up to that point his worst album was the one before that.
Stans will make excuses and asterisks and say 'well its a different time, Jay at his worst is still better than 99% of the game' and other meaningless talking points, but at the end of the day in ~18 yrs as a signed artist he has never had an album of the year. Closest he came was BP1. One of the best to do it in his prime but he's been running on fumes for over a decade
