To me, yes. But he's a case of, you say something long enough people start to believe it. I'm not saying he's wack or not talented or whatever. But he surely isn't this super great or GOAT he's made out to be.

I really don't get it... Jay Z has had songs that had ill lyrics and perfect delivery... riding the beat better than anyone in history... Em changed Music world wide, period.

But now they are 2 of the worse people making music across any genre.

listen to albums like Blueprint... or songs like can't i live.. and say he was overrated.
