Is Jeezy considered a southern legend or he is just another footnote?

I use to listen Jeezy a lot when I was younger around my high school days. Now I feel he was very overrated. I can go back and to listen to Weezy's old songs and see how great he was but I cant do the same Jeezy.

Jeezy could do no wrong from TM101 to The Recession and every mixtape in between. Since then it's been struggle bus status for him..even down here.

Shortly after Recession was when Gucci caught on fire in the streets and the disinterest in Jeezy began. Not to mention Ross started to go to the next level around this time too.

Funny how Jeezy got bitter and tried to diss both of them outta nowhere and neither of those disses got any kind of buzz.

I still feel like jeezy owes and can provide hip hop and his fans with one more true classic jeezy album. The gucci/xaythoven and waka/rick ross/juicyj/lex luger rise fukked his head up and dude lost his way trying to keep up.

Until he finds his way and gets back on track Im gonna put him on trick daddy, playa fly status. Rap dudes who dropped classics but dont have the focus or drive to be true legends

Even 10 years later he still does 100k FW without streams and that's what so called hot rappers are doing.

Jeezy is a real legend for the shyt he did between 04 and 07. Classic tape after classic. And his impact is still felt in style in flows, delivery and production of mad artists out.
