eh, when I first saw hi in that Janelle Monae video I was like but when I saw his video for Classic Man there was a little thing that surprised me. When he takes in the young kids and they're all dressed in baggy clothes and fitteds I expected him to spit knowledge to them and then make them dress like him. They went the opposite way with it and let them keep their clothes. His music isn't for me but I liked that small little message about having knowledge of what it is to be a proud black man and still being able to be who you are.
