Look steph has played in 6 NBA finals and he was the best player in only one of those and that was against a young and inexperienced team of players, KD couldnt win a ring until forming a superteam with steph as well, jokic beat a strong minnesota team, a phoenix suns superteam with KD and booker and then beat lebron an all time great player who had just beaten the defending champions, and was 2nd in mvp voting in a very close competition.
His peak right now and impact on the game is higher than steph, KD, Kobe or Allen iverson.

What I love about Steph is that he fits basically on any single team you can think of.

Even if you draft another point guard or ball dominant player. Your offenses loses nothing.

Dude may probably the easiest "drop into any team" piece in NBA history.

For example:
Steph and Luka works: they can both do what they do best.
Steph can play 100% off-ball the whole game and be absolutely devastating while Luka's assist stats would get boosted by having the best shooter on the planet as an option.

Jokic and Luka won't work as well: someone will have to give up something and you may have a "your turn, my turn" type of basketball style going. You make one the primary ball-handler and you're losing significant value with the other.

You got to think of overall synergy - that's where the true value is and Steph has synergy with so much more of the league and it's best players than Jokic does.

Facts. Steph’s otherworldly gravity and spacing he creates for his teammates is incredible. Probably one of if not the most unselfish superstar ever, he gets his teammates good looks without even having the ball.

The Jokic who couldn’t break through the Western Conference until every team was injured/old, and then played the worst team to make the Finals possibly ever?

The Jokic who won one playoff game in 2 years?

Yup. You can probably create a better overall team with Steph than you can with Jokic honestly.

Taking nothing away from Jokic, but there are less questions and more versatility/options for creating a contender with Steph.
