This dude had one good season, and they’re already crowning him top five and saying he has “no weaknesses.” Meanwhile Lamar Jackson has had a winning record every year he’s started, won MVP, but he’s constantly scrutinized.

I actually think Lamar is crazy overrated.
Lamar has lots of flaws for an elite QB…major ones and it was apparent all season. The fact that people put him on Mahomes, Watson or Russ level is ridiculous. Plus before last year he was ass in the playoffs and got bounced immediately every year.
We’ll see how this season plays out

I don't think regular people prop him up but the media want to annoint Baker Mayfield as elite so bad it's crazy.
Franco's loved is off of a great season at least. Jackson was getting the same love until he lost each of his playoff starts.

Nah. Dude improved tremendously.
What he did last season was such an amazing showing from his previous years i wouldn't call him overrated.
Of course he has to be close to that this year but you can honestly say he's a good qb. Having Diggs doesn't hurt either.

Lamar Jackson is more overrated than Josh Allen if we're being honest. His MVP award means nothing as The Coli has complained about Matt Ryan being overrated for years in spite of his as well.
he's literally gotten better every year. he also plays a lot like a nikka if we being real but it's overlooked a lot.

'n playoff game he had against Houston 2 years ago had me become a little bit of a fan of his. I never laughed so hard watching a game in my life 
He actually wasn’t horrible in the playoff loss against the Titans. I watched that game, and there were some dropped passes that were easily catchable. Also, some of his interceptions were the result of good defensive plays and his receivers not catching the ball. It looked bad because they were timely interceptions.

Having Diggs helped him immensely. Diggs is one of the most underrated receivers in the league (despite leading the league in receptions and yards last season), but that’s another thread.

Naw Josh allen has been more overrated than Lamar I don’t see how people think Lamar is overrated. He has won a MVP award and has been consistent since he was named starter
Josh has only had a good season. But somehow he’s this GRAND GREAT QUARTERBACK!!!! He’s been compared to Patrick and Rodgers and some think he’s better to have than Lamar
Let this season play out and we’ll see where he stands
