Is jump rope the most underrated exercise? 10 mins of jump rope = 30 mins of running 👀

I love, it’s intense but with adequate form it’s low impact on bones/joints, which means reduced risk of injuries, and will improve your posture.

It’s great for your heart and lungs and with a consistent routine it will tone your whole body.

Pretty cheap cost wise too.

It’s goated.

What about weighted jump ropes? What's the consensus on that? I've jumped rope for years but I bought a weighted rope a few months back and still haven't really started using it.

I tried that and for me it was pointless. I was told it tones your arms and chest more but it felt more like a novelty. I personally stick to light speed ropes and focus more on my agility and endurance.

Those little jumps create micro fractures in your bones which help increase bone density too! Also great for hand/eye coordination and reaction time.
