Outside of his TDE joints, all his guest features I've heard have been wack sauce. First the joint with J. Cole on fat Khaled's album, now "fukkin' problem"... when he came out and said "GUHL, I KNOW YOU WANT THI DIHH!", I was like :snoop: this can't be my favorite rapper right now

Don't know what it is, it's not like his rhymes are weak or anything. Dude just sounds bland and forced as a guest :yeshrug:. Am I doing it wrong or does everyone feel this way?

:ohhh:

His verse on Drake's album was amazing but that was a separate track. That Game verse is pretty ill. But damn, you really liked the Cole/KRIT/K. dot track? I thought Cole came hardest, and that's saying a lot because I'm a KRIT/Kendrick fan :yeshrug:

I agree he's not crazy on that A$ap track but he's just getting into his own commercially it might take time for him to find a good blend of his style/going with a track that ain't his

It depends on if it's his type of joints, I mean Nas won't be nearly as dope as Drake on that No Lie song but can Drake ever drop bars like Verbal Intercourse?

I will say though he got heavily outshined by almost every artist on both songs on Asaps album, I wonder why.
In all honesty, he's my favorite rapper since Section 80 but he had the "weakest" (least dope) verse on both 1 Train and fukking Problems.
fukking Problems is alright it's a commercial pop track, but he should've murked 1 Train that was a straight spitter track.

depends, like on the city and his pain 2 he feels right at home

fukkin problems obviously is not his style, i doubt he tried to "kill" the song when he wrote the verse since its really not that type of song

I think it's that he's so strong when he's in control of the content/subject matter that he comes of weak when jumping on somebody elses stuff

Ice Cube was the same way
