I blame 2 Pac and Jay Z for this idea that you need to release an album every year. I love rappers and artist in general who release albums that are so good they can take 2-3 years off and not rush out the next release so they can over saturate the market. Sade and Maxwell took 10 years in between releases and the fans came back cause their last releases was Classics.
