Doesn't matter. You can just say it was 10 years ago and you don't remember details and they will leave you alone. He volunteered to get on the stand and speculate diddy damaged his car, broke in his house etc when even he didnt even know 100% it was diddy. Plus knowing they are trumping up the charges on him thats hoe shyt.
