Just because it didn't cross over doesn't mean it's not. The After Party is a classic if you were up on R&B in that era.

Yep. 1999-2004. Especially 2001-2002. Jaheim, Musiqsoulchild, Dave Hollister, Koffee Brown, Sunshine Anderson, Lucy Pearl. Man my senior year of high school :wow:

I've been trying to find out where the samples from this song comes from but can't find any. I don't think that beat is original. The intro sounds like the opening of Taana Gardner's Heartbeat and I know I've heard that harp sound somewhere else too. Anybody know???

Whosampled doesn’t list a sample, but the Rhodes sounds like it came from this
