The expensive part isn’t even happening yet. I know a lot of folks about to start looting heavy and police/National Guard is spread too thin. They honestly can’t protect everything from millions of people at once.
It’s the same problem with trying to invade America, the population is too big for an invading force.
See, you don’t do battle with law enforcement directly you loot multiple areas at once over a large area to really wear them out.
If a mob starts getting access to drones and puts payloads on them, that’s when shyt will get extra messy.
