Yes, that was my post. I had more important things and people to consider than a protest. Do you not understand the concept of "Order of Importance"? Protesting in the streets is something I did when I was young and still in college. I had no real responsibilities, no one depending on me to maintain a home, provide sustenance, or cover all the bills that come with having a family. I only had myself to consider, and so yes, I protested.


Your attempt reveals just how little you must have going on in your life if you think it’s perfectly fine for a man with real responsibilities to set all of that aside and go protest. You might be able to do that in your 40s without a mortgage and no obligations, but no man with genuine responsibilities and even a shred of common sense will be out there, unless protesting is directly tied to his livelihood.

In a war, industry focuses on the war effort. If the war is happening in your own country, you are fighting not just for yourself, but for your family and your people. You have no choice. It's do or die, which puts the need to fight for survival at the very top of the list of what’s important in life.


If you can't tell the difference between war and protesting, plus you think the difference is basically just the amount of effort each one takes, then you are an extremely naive man.
