One of my older cousins went to Le Cordon Bleu and now she owns her own catering company. She makes Ciroc Vodka Cupcakes n shyt for Celebrities. So I guess she got her money's worth from there.

EDIT: Apparently she closed down her Catering Business so nvm.

Topic.

My goal is to have my own catering company. Is enrolling into Le Cordon Bleu the right first step to take towards doing this or will I regret it.

I've never been to that school (or any culinary arts school) but I am all for learning. I follow a guy on instagram who went to Le Cordon Bleu and he can really get down in the kitchen, he also have his own catering company too. He has catered many parties for celebs too.
