Phil Jackson , pat Riley and others wasn't even thought about hall of fame material until the like of magic, Jordan, Kareem won them chips....majority of NBA top 50 made them coaches hall of fame before even playing with them

What exactly makes a hall of fame coach? I swear if you win enough games you are, look at phil jackson who conveniently bounced around organizations that had the best lineups in basket ball.
