Is Lebron the only player in NBA history to NOT compete in the dunk contest while being considered "THE MAN" in the league? I think him skipping out kinda killed the vibe of the dunk contest. All the top stars that could dunk competed in the dunk contest until Lebrons era, the past few years most of the dunkers have been guys that didn't have no star power, which is why the 3 point contest has more attention now, because the stars still compete in that.
