No thats not well duh cause I seen nikkas argue he was better:comeon:
This site isn’t the place to go for sensible basketball talk. We got threads where people try to argue Carmelo being better than Kawhi and that booker on the suns is better than curry, people arguing penny over LeBron, people that think Mark Jackson was a great coach who didn’t intentionally try to fracture the locker room and that he’d have scrapped his Stone Age offense for one with movement if he didn’t get fired even though there’s no indication he was going to change. We’ve got posters who insist AI played great through the 2001 playoffs and single handedly carried the sixers while ignoring his going 15 for 59 while they won games 4 and 5 of the eastern finals. We’ve got people who still think Rondo is a great point guard. There’s people on here who’ve tried to gas up the early 2000’s. I’ve seen people argue that the bulls gave up valuable assets for Dennis Rodman (Will Perdue and cash considerations). Another poster argued that the 2010-11 heat with Mike Bibby and Joel Anthony starting were one of the deepest teams in basketball. There’s someone on here who’d rather have Dario Saric, Robert Covington, and JJ Reddikk on their team than LeBron. I even recall people arguing that a team who had one series averaging over 91 points during its title run would be a contender today. Pretty sure none of those posters were bad enough compared to their peers to even make the ballot for the worst poster of the year award :francis:

You got Kevin Durant being compared to Pops Mensah Bonsu on the front page of this site. Let's not do that I've seen people argue someone is better thing. There's not a legitimate basketball mind on the planet who thinks/thought Allen Iverson was a better player than LeBron James... and I'm from Hampton breh.
So I shouldn't put out a disclaimer before some idiot say it? Is that really worth quoting me:deadmanny:

So we're going to ignore lebron carrying a terrible cavs team to the finals against the spurs. Boobie Gibson was the second best player on that team for Christ sake. Damn lebron haters are annoying as hell.

This was his fouth year in the league

He led the cavs to the playoff his 3rd year and in that season third year he average 31.4 pts 6. as and 7 reb
In his first playoff run 30.8 pts 5.8 and 8.1 reb he took them to the 2 round against that monster mid 2000s detroit team(as a heat fan i hated that team but admit they were great) and lost in game 7 lebron was 21 years old and his second best player on that team was Larry freaking Hughes

People forgot that AI was on the NBAs best defesnsive team, Motombo was the Defensive player of the year on that team.

No other player in NBA history has been ask to do more coming out of high school then lebron and he lived up to expectations.

Im a Iverson stan

That Sixers squad was better it was a defensive focused squad and it was better than Cavs.

If Bron goes to the finals and wins at least one game his run is better.

Iverson team was designed to play defense and have him chuck. Lebron team designed to be passive aggressive with eachother and not play defense.

Iverson low shooting % was part of the gameplan to try to get o rebounds.. Especially if he drew help he would just throw it up and the free man could crash.

Def not saying AI is better or had a better run than Bron, but I will say AI's was more IMPRESSIVE based off the fact dude was like 6' feet 160 pounds

baby, that was the old me
39% fg in his best nba postseason run.

I loved Iverson as a kid like the next man but... the man was the ultimate shot bricker.

10/31, 14/ 39 , 9 / 28 for 30 , 40, 33 pts was what ppl expected. Nikkas just wanted to see highlights. :dead:

Nikkas didn’t care if he took 7 turnovers & 40 shots to get 35 as long as he crossed up Antonio Daniels:dead:
