when the album came out no one thought it was more then 3.5mics now fakkits/cacs trying to call this classic :wow:

I've always liked the album, I'm 21, this album came out in 2004, I was 12 when this came out and I'm still feeling it.

I consider Straight Outta Cashville a personal classic. Not this tho, even at the time I found the production weak

Not a genuine 5 mic classic, but it was a great street album with basically no bad tracks. A lot of dated though. I always wanted to hear the Nottz produced version of I'm So Fly.

I skipped Playboy and Karma. Even then, Playboy was just a re-done version of this:

Word? Some of it was for sure. Definitely sounds more dated now. You'll see this coming a while away, but they should have left this on the album:

I can still bump without skipping more than 2 tracks. I give it an 8.5/10

Very very good album but It doesnt quite leave the same great impression that Get Rich or The Documentary do

No it is not a classic.

Not really because not many people will remember it 10 years from now, because at its best its just a very good album.

@W.I.Z.E. I know right? Dudes in here saying they bumped it in sophomore year alot so its classic.

I think the problem nowadays is especially in terms of hip hop, alot of guys ASSUME because THEY and their boys had good memories to a certain song or album when growing up, it automatically means that it is classic.

If I said I remember "Snap Ya Fingers" being bumped alot in junior year and the great memories from it.....how would I sound if I said it is classic because of that simple reason?
