Wrong. Cooper is extremely inconsistent. Cook is a choke artist only had one good game, Lynch is trash and Richard isn't the answer either. Seth Roberts is trash only one good WR on the team and that's Crabtree. This weapons talk is a myth.
Except PFF has the Raiders O-Line in passing situations ranked number 1 and number 3 overall
Except Cooper has been a 90 catch and 1200 yards guy last year and even in a down year he's on pace for 70 catches
Except Oakland currently ranks 11th in ypa yet are last in rushing attempts per game (a coaching issue)
Again you aren't going to get much more than what Oakland has for an NFL team, every team has a weakness, Oakland skill wise is fairly solid in each area. The pieces are right there for Carr to succeed, if he needs more than this, you don't pay him 125 million

But I wouldn't mind drafting a QB to put a fire under him. I think we rewarded him too quickly. He's treated like he's a top 5 QB when he's more like top 15. And towards the back end of the 15.

With a terrible catch to attempt ratio, not to mention is shut down easily and only shows up for 6 games a year.

Professionals and people who are more knowledgeable than you or I all agree that Carr has to carry the team in order to have any chance of winning. Tony Romo even said as much, and all of our wins were due to Carr balling out with no help from the running game or defense. The pieces are there? This isn't the 2000 Ravens. We have one elite player on defense and two elite players on offense out of 22 starters, get over yourself. Carr carried the team last year and will have to do it again this year to even go .500.
Ok so Carr carried them last year so whats going on this year? yeah Carr isn't as good, hence the whole point of this discussion about him being overrated or not as good as everyone wants him to be, i'm only going by your argument as this team hasn't really lost any of the real key guys from last year, stop sounding so emotional. You can make a case for coaching being an issue but lets not go crazy about this team all of a sudden not being talented outside of Carr, offensively speaking, please, (everyone knows the defense has issues, but that's not the discussion)
