at least Norton has an excuse. his players are trash, how downing not fired? nikka got pro bowlers across the board. i got 0 faith in pagano. he was part of this.

I said go with any defensive back or defensive lineman from LSU. U got a 70/30 chance of getting a good player..

Now LSU and clemson both have good ones coming out..but watch we draft a dude 5'5 110 lbs from a school like Howard or alcorn state to play corner

LSU really doesn't have a good track record with Defensive talent... at all.

Ken Norton had to go... but at the same time, all them cats outside of Bowman,Mack and Irvin were just taking up space and collecting check.

Raiders been running Pagano defense since he got here, that 3-4 cover zone which has led to zero interceptions. Norton wasn't even as bad as fans made him out to be, I mean his defense led the league in turnovers last season. You bring in a guy that was fired from his last job, and basically install him as defacto D-Cordinator after giving him a assistant HC title. Norton never had a chance if you also incorporate Reggie's Scouting department lack of bringing in impact players other than Mack on D.
