Context, circumstances and the extent to which the victim is affected by whatever happened based on how cute the predator was would impact everything.
But let's say in a REALLY extreme scenario:
a guy meets a girl he believes to be the woman of his dreams. He never, ever sees her without make-up, she always has an excuse for him not seeing her face, a reason, she runs off to the bathroom, the lights must be off etc.
He ends up thinking 'this is just how she is' and he ends up marrying her.
At this point, he's been deceived already because he has no clue she has a scar on the left side of her face 3 inches long that she always covers up with make-up.
Now for him, because of personal taste, this is a deal breaker.
He decides to divorce her.
She wants half.
A judge MIGHT say that the man was tricked and conned because the man never saw the woman he married and that information was reasonable information for the man to have had access to and if she withheld that information.. then she tricked him.
