The MCU is turning into No limit with all these movies they are pumping out....
Omg. I can't even keep up!!+

This!
And i don't want to have to watch the mediocre shyt just to stay in the loop with the whole of the bigger picture story. I watched Loki and Dr Strange 2 but haven't watched The Eternals, Moon Knight, WandaVision, Shang Chi, Falcon and Winter Soldier the last Spider-man movie or Ms Marvel so i'm wondering what story plots that have been introduced that i'm later gonna be confused about. Shyt is so mid right now. They need to get to the FF and these mutants already to bring the feeling back.

So far pretty much all of phase 4 (with the exception of Spider-Man No Way Home) has been pretty meh. Thor 4 is getting mix reviews right now and Black Panther 2 which is suppose to be next has been through like 6 rewrites and they still won‘t even give us another actor for T’Challa. :why:

shyt is looking very bad for Marvel at the moment. :francis:
it's very formulaic

This multiverse shyt is going to get old really quick. They abused it in the comics and they might do it here too. Wish they went right into the Kree/Skrull war or Secret Wars.

People want to see the XMen, FF, Silver Surfer, Daredevil, Doom and the other characters Marvel got the rights back to. Instead we get Ms Marvel, Agatha Harkness, She Hulk (like the character but show looks awful), Echo and Ironheart... :scust:

Yes. Every Hollywood genre built to a bubble, MCU is no different.

And I'm a big ass Marvel fan who likes most of what they've done. Phase 4 is just convoluted and oversaturated. They be better served for the long-term imo, to build up the Fantasic Four and X-Men properties because they have the establishment that can help reinforce the next ten years more solid.

But then again, Hollywood is getting more formulaic and uncreative, and may just continue to push movies as long as they make the budget back.

Honestly, the only reason I'm looking forward to Thor is for Taika, but yeah shyt is getting stale, and the post credits have become just some obscure characters showing off and saying a line, they need to retire some heroes and creative teams and bring in some new blood.

There's been like 10-15 threads on this and I always say the same thing.

If the MCU has fallen off this isn't a....let's use the word "fair"....time to examine that.

We're in the middle of phase 4. half the movies aren't even out yet. It would be like saying phase 1 was trash after "Iron Man 2".

Fred.
MCU used to make real, solid movies

After the first wave of Iron Man, Thor, and Captain America they went OD with the jokes and OD with the not really filling plots after Endgame
