MCU needs to get the A-game directors back on deck. Russos, Gunn, Favreau and keep the good-ish ones for the smaller / side films (Watts, Johnstone, Reed). Need to keep tighter control on the artistes and the younger guys. Need to discover and promote new talent and attract trusted talent (Del Toro).
Writers that fail to stick the landing post Covid need to be demoted.

As for X-Men I am not sure that they will work like the Avengers did. X-men are not heroes per-se and their stories are less comic-booky than the Avengers. Saying that they need to get James Cameron on board to do a proper X-Men days of future past extravaganza, proper sentinels and all

Just saw that new strange movie and he continues to be a trash character and has no business trying to be the new Tony Stark tying all these movies together. I think the main characters will sell, but people are no longer going to break records for C-list characters.I think the major reason why the c-list characters were doing well since every film was tied to the Thanos build up. I think once they have a central villian people may check out the c-list characters again.

I was already fatigued by the Marvel films and tv series, but would get interested again once they introduce X-Men.

Nope. What we are seeing now is people with these "fukk Marvel" takes just trying to get attention. nikkas in the film room said Dr Strange 2 was a flop while it made 900+ million at the box office. Expect these threads to pop up every time a new movie or disney+ show comes out.
