They should both part ways....he is a good coach but i think the team and he have gone as they can together.
andy dalton is one of teh best young qbs in the league

No way. All they need is one more wr maybe a Wes Welker who will be a free agent and a RB like Stephen Jackson or draft one college stud, they will be all set with that. Their Defense will be a problem next year.

This is classic "talking point" GM'ing.
If two straight trips to the playoffs with a new QB is considered a failure, then they should have fired him when they parted ways with Palmer.

my friend is a bengals fan, and he still thinks they shoulda got rid of him 3-4 yrs ago...its like everytime hes in threat of being fired, he has a good season (2 in a row now tho)

Doubt it. Mike Brown ain't that type of owner. Marvin's job is safe as long as the team is reasonably successful.

They rebuilt the team and they could have fired him a couple years back... Don't see it happening now
Marvin's job is safe. We need a speed/power back and a linebacker. Bring in Norv Turner to coach up Dalton and open up that offense. Marvin Jones should be ready next year. Elevate Charles and move on from Gresham.
