He should of been gone but most importantly we need a rb and an additional wr I think both will be answered during the next draft and one more year of experience for dalton but green-ellis is not a starter.

Marvin's job is safe. We need a speed/power back and a linebacker. Bring in Norv Turner to coach up Dalton and open up that offense. Marvin Jones should be ready next year. Elevate Charles and move on from Gresham.

benjarvis is ok but not a starter, there are alot of great rbs available in teh draft this year,

stefon taylor, jonathan franklin, gillisee, ray graham, kenjon barner etc.
