You can argue Paul George is just as good if not better

Butler, Giannis, Paul Millsap and Wiggins aren't better yet (yet) but many GMs would pick them over Melo at this stage of his career

So he's still top 5 SF now but there are a lot of young studs knocking at the door. He can forget about top 5, 10, (or event argue )top 15 overall player , tho. That ship sailed

I think Melo's worst enemy is himself...when your game is so damn predictable you become less of a threat.

When he has the ball, you can tell when he isn't thinking about passing....his body language gives away.

He would be so much more of a threat if he didn't give into his offensive impulses and just read the defense better.

In the first half of his career LeBron, Pierce and Tmac were clearly better. Then Durant came in the picture. By the time Pierce stop being elite Paul George and Kwahi took over the 3rd and 4th spots .
