On a serious note, i hope a gm can rescue/save Melos career like Paul Pierce got saved. The last ten years of Pierce creer draetically chnaged th outlook of how his career was goin be portrayed/remembered if Ainge didnt save it with KG and Allen.

In the first half of his career LeBron, Pierce and Tmac were clearly better. Then Durant came in the picture. By the time Pierce stop being elite Paul George and Kwahi took over the 3rd and 4th spots .

This is all facts. I never thought Melo was better than Paul Pierce until like maybe 2012 & 2013 when Pierce really started showing signs of falling off. IMO, Pierce was the 2nd best SF in the league until like 2011. People confuse Pierce sacrificing and playing team ball with him fallen off. Pierce could've average 25 every year until 2012 had he not been playing with Ray and KG.
