I noticed where I live we don't have crackheads, but methheads run rampant.
A couple of dudes I went to HS with are now homeless fukking with that shyt.
I was just wondering is that how it is where ya'll at or is crack still the main drug fukking people up like that?

I am so naive, I don't pick up on it, but it is all the rage in Southern California.
Not just in places like the Inland Empire, but real/fun/regular/criptastic Long Beach. As well as people that I would never attribute that addiction to.

Dudes you used to kick it with not coming around as much, then when you see them they cheeks all sucked in.

No, meth has been around for a while in my area. When I was like 16 (I think) there was a meth lab that exploded by house. Well ofc the police came and found out was going on and nikkas got cuffed like they were at a club on Drake night.

Anyway, yes it's been around, strange but Russians and Ukrainians over here are smoking heroin. A few years ago had an associate OD on it while he was with his friends in a car that they stole. Ofc they dipped and left dude after they realized that he wasn't waking up. Weird thing was 2 weeks ago some friends and I were kicking it, I hadn't seen him since high school (I was 20 and he was 19) and he had just got out of jail for stealing a car, we got smashed and he threw up. At the end of the night we took him home and carried him to his bed. Felt bad for his mom, he had no dad, and his mom didn't speak English and he was an only child.

Mostly pills over here but in some areas you can tell that meth is "in effect"

A few burnt down houses,abandoned vehicles, and houses where it is obvious the doors had been kicked in at one point, etc

Meth(or ice, as it's called) has been heavily used in states like Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, ect for years.... where farming chems are readily available. Not to stereotype but crystal meth is commonly used among white people out here.
