Shows on all the time at my job and she isn't bad. She barely says anything and its only noticeable once you start looking in the comments section on a yt video. They sit there and dissect every word she says. "OMG shut up Molly!! we don't need to hear you say 'Moving on to the next topic'". Outside of the LaVar thing where she was clearly out of pocket, its way overblown. All of them get hate videos though so I guess it comes with the territory.

She's a moderator who tries to debate. Always interrupting Stephen A and Max. Watch any other show where the chick is the moderator and the difference is night and day. Even when will cain fills in for her, he doesn't interrupt max and stephen.

She is that bad and she always causes drama and beef with guests, not just Lavar. Shes also always trying to push an agenda. Nichols does that too, but atleast she has a static viewpoint and agenda, molly picks and chooses when she wants to be fake outraged by something or force her ideals on people.
All these females in sports games and sports debate shows are largely useless.
Of course, some feminist would come in here and accuse this of some kind of discrimination but the reality is they offer almost zero value.
They exist for one of two reasons: as either eye candy for viewers or as a token so that the league or network can claim some kind of diversity/equal opportunity.
Women like Doris Burke legit know what the are talking about and have the background and experience to merit their roles.
But Molly Qerim, if she looked like Ramona Shelburne she wouldn't be on television.
