Is mounting the TV typically a two-person job?

ppl dap anything on here :mjlol:

probably tight cuz they know they can’t mount their own shyt

not bcuz they give a fukk about plasma TVs lmaooo

The point of the post was not about Plasma TVs, you illiterate idiot, its that different display techs have different weight. Quoting random panel sizes means nothing when there’s different display types.

I did mention OLEDs. I kno you’re retarded so its hard to keep up but here you go:

Plasmas are still the king of displays if you’re into A/V. My almost 10 year old display still goes for like $1000 used.

OLEDs are heavy as fukk too it seems. The LG C1 looks to still be 70lbs at 65 inches. That’s still too heavy for one person to do reliably.

To me, the harder part is getting the mount on the wall rather than putting the TV on it. I had to put back up my 70 inch in the living room by myself after a warranty claim and it wasn't too bad.

getting those bolts into the studs is a bytch and I had loaned my impact driver out so I was trying it with a regular drill. Took forever

As long as you locate the studs, the rest is easy.

Studs are typically 16 inches apart, so if you find one, just break out the measuring tape for the second.

Using the same mounts from the last house and a few new ones pretty sure they all from Amazon

MUST raise the outlets and hide ya wires tho

Lol made a comment to my wife about why I could care less about watching TV in the bedroom and she interpreted that as we need a bigger one lol at least she went cheap cause a nikka still don't care about bedroom TV but I'ma hang that today as well

If I don't get too high on this edible lol I'll post step by step pics for yall later first gotta wash the whip
