I was told it has a lot of fat in it by a buddie but I am not too sure. They are so good though.

There's better options out there. They got sued and paid out a couple bucks over having Cyanide in it. I could see if you're in a pinch after a lift and just need something from a gas station maybe but yea. There's better options

Muscle Milk light is cleaner tho (just wish they made it in more than 1 flavor)
